Offshore Outsourcing and Immigration
Legal Issues in Offshore Outsourcing- An Immigration Perspective
On September 10, 2004, at the Center for Global Outsourcing’s, Third Annual International Outsourcing Conference in Dallas, Texas, Ms. Ioannides presented a speech entitled “Legal Issues in Offshore Outsourcing-An Immigration Perspective.” Conference attendees included outsourcing industry representatives and vendors, renowned members of academia, and legal professionals.
